In which countries can I buy Danna products online?
We currently ship our products to Spain (mainland) and Portugal (excluding islands). We do not ship to the following destinations: Canary Islands (Spain), Balearic Islands (Spain), Ceuta (Spain), Melilla (Spain), Azores (Portugal), and Madeira (Portugal).
How long does the order take to arrive?
At Danna Pet Food, we process shipments with a delivery time of between 5 and 7 business days, depending on the destination location and the selected payment method.
In all cases, delivery times are specified in business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that if you place your order over the weekend, it will not be prepared until the next business day.

I want to make changes to an order. How do I do it?
Until you complete the checkout process and confirm your order, you can make any changes you wish to your cart. However, once the order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to modify its contents, and you will need to follow the return process.
What should I do if one of the products in my order arrives damaged?

I want to cancel a purchase. How can I do it?
If you’ve already confirmed your order and it’s being processed, you’ll need to follow the return procedure. But before doing so, maybe it’s a sign for your pet to try our product—you might just get a happy woof in return! Remember, if you wish to return your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to do so.
Do returns have any cost?
To initiate the return process for an order, you must send us an email at info@dannapet.com to request a return number, indicating the corresponding invoice or order number. Please remember that you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your order, which must be in its original delivery packaging.
If the reason for the return is not attributable to Danna Pet Food, the shipping cost will be at your expense. However, you can choose to handle the return yourself or use our customer service, in which case the costs will be deducted from the total refund amount once the product arrives at our facilities.
If the return is due to an issue for which Danna Pet Food is responsible, the return shipping costs will be covered by us. You can consult our purchase terms and conditions to see the specific cases in which the right of withdrawal does not apply. In such cases, it may not be possible to return the order, receive a refund, or you may incur return costs.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
1. When the product packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition, Dannapet may charge the cost of the packaging. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition. The use of seals or adhesive tapes applied directly to the packaging is prohibited to avoid the costs of replacement.
2. When the product has been opened without the possibility of demonstrating that it has not been used.
3. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and that have been unsealed after delivery.
4. The supply of products which, after delivery and considering their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
I need an invoice
No problem at all. Every purchase made from Danna Pet Food includes the issuance of an invoice based on the information provided in the order. How can I know the right amount of product for my pet?
On our online store, you can check the feeding chart for each of our products, as well as the instructions for use and the recommended daily dosage for your pet. If you have any questions, our team is always available and happy to help.
How long does de product last?
Our products have a shelf life of 24 months when kept in their original packaging and stored in conditions free from moisture and excessive heat. Remember, it’s important to store them in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and protected from direct sunlight. The expiration date for each package is indicated on the label of each product.
